Dragonboat Film Festival Year 8!

Colorado Dragonboat Film Festival recently wrapped its eighth annual run. For the past four years I had screened my films. This year, it was an honor to co-curate the shorts programming and moderate Q and As. We screened 11 feature films, 14 shorts and hosted two community conversations in 4 days. Also we sold the highest number of tickets! Thanks to Sara Moore, the Executive Director for spearheading this awesome team!!

What a wonderful way to give back to the Colorado community and the AAPI community by serving on the only Asian and Asian American film festival of Colorado.

Roma Sur

Roma Sur of Sur Creations is an East Indian writer/filmmaker who explores the commonality and differences of East and West. Beginning her professional career writing for television advertisements, Sur realized her true calling in the longer, more intimate format of film.
